Date & Time: Wednesday April 22nd, 2020 at 5 p.m. - 7 p.m. PT
We are living in an uncertain and unprecedented time which can bring up stress, anxiety and conflict, which can make it difficult to be productive. This is an interactive and experiential workshop.
You will:
-participate in exercises to ease built up tension
-learn take-home tools to manage stress
-discover how you’d really like to use this time
-create strategies to be mindful and productive
To prepare:
-please join on time (late entry may not be permitted)
-be in a quiet place where you will be undisturbed for 2 hours
-have a journal and pen
-be ready to have your camera and sound on so you can participate fully.
(It is not required to have either on, but to get the most out of the experience, it is heavily suggested)
