Dealing with a Bummer? Here’s how to have a breakthrough

For many extraordinary, passionate people, their “why” is fueled by having turned pain into purpose. Because they can empathize deeply with other people’s turmoil, they can be incredibly purposeful in their actions to make change.

Life coach and Rite-of-Passage Facilitator Chrissy Brady-Smith is one of those extraordinary people. As a young college student, she was sexually abused after being given a date rape drug. Through guidance and love, she was able to find forgiveness and her calling.

Also on this podcast, Chrissy talks about the steps to turning any bummer, big or small, into a breakthrough.

The song featured on the show is called “Slow Burn” by Autograf.
